As the Friends are run by volunteers we do not have a fundraising team but we rely upon both some longstanding supporters and; each year many new supporters of our work.
JustGiving
Our Justgiving link is a simple and important method of supporting our work, it is helpful to always leave a message so that we can understand why funds have been donated.
Bequests
Some people choose to leave a part of their estate upon death to the Friends, if you choose to do this then please state the full name of the Friends in the will.
How to donate directly
If you would like to donate then please contact the Honorary Secretary and she will be able to advise on the simplest method whether by cheque or direct payment into our main bank account.
Fundraising Events
If you would like to organise an event; or to participate in a sponsored run/walk/cycle etc, to raise funds for the Friends, then please contact Carol Bilbrough, Honorary Secretary who will be able to give advice or to provide a letter confirming that you are fundraising for the Friends.
